 Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India. For bulk or international orders, please contact our support team at info.trademission@ntm.world.

Order Processing Time

     Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

     Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Time & Delivery

       Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days (depending on location)

       Express Shipping: 2–4 business days (available in select cities)

 Tracking details will be sent via SMS/Email once your order is dispatched.

 Shipping Charges

        FREE Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999. 

        ₹50–₹80 standard shipping on orders below ₹999.

         Cash on Delivery (COD) available with ₹40 extra charge.

Shipping Delays

In rare cases like festivals, natural calamities, or courier disruptions, delivery may take longer than expected. We will keep you informed via email or WhatsApp.

Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

If an incorrect shipping address is provided, or the delivery is rejected by the customer, we reserve the right to:

         Charge for re-shipping

          Cancel the order (as applicable)
